Automotive Manufacturing

Durable, chemical-resistant fabric for assembly lines

Automotive assembly and manufacturing floors put fabric through frequent industrial laundering, abrasion from tooling, and exposure to oils and solvents. XM Textiles’ industrial-clothing fabrics are built for exactly this duty cycle — where a specific hazard such as arc flash or hot work exists on the line, an FR-certified fabric can be substituted in.

Certification on this range

General assembly-line workwear does not require an FR or hi-vis certification by default — but where a specific station involves hot work, welding or arc exposure, the matching certified fabric can be substituted in.
