Artex-180 is an innovative inherently flame retardant fabric for protective and turnout gear.[show_more more="Show more" less="Show less" color="#629e11;" align=”left” ] This fabric is ideally suited for emergency services (EMS clothing), firefighting and special forces clothing, naval uniforms and military pilot flight suits. Artex-180 is also suitable for FR bibs and overalls for workers in the oil and gas, chemical and power industries.
Artex-180 fabric provides protection against fire, open flame and electric arc. The inherent thermal protection will not wash out. The fabric is very durable and super abrasion resistant. Other features of Artex-180 include low weight and good breathability, which gives extra comfort to the wearer. Due to the integrated antistatic carbon yarn, Artex prevents the build-up of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and eliminates the possibility of explosions in oil, gas and other industries. Artex-180 has been certified by BTTG (UK) laboratory to ISO 11612 and EN 1149-5 standards.[/show_more]

    Flame Retardant fabric

A lightweight 220gsm flame retardant fabric made from pure cotton in a 2/1 twill weave. The fabric contains antistatic yarn. Fiji is a lightweight flame retardant fabric in a classic twill weave, specially designed for lightweight flame retardant garments.[show_more more="Show more" less="Show less" color="#629e11" align="left" ] Fiji is recommended as the middle layer of FR garments such as shirts, vests, light trousers or even light overalls for hot climates. FR garments made from Fiji fabric, in combination with fire resistant underwear and outer garments, provide excellent protection for workers in hazardous areas. Made from natural fibres, it is soft and comfortable to wear and at the same time Fiji FR fabric protects against the risks of flash fire and ESD sparks. The antistatic carbon yarn integrated as stripes in the surface of Fiji makes it completely safe for use in explosive atmospheres. To prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) sparks, antistatic fibres safely dissipate static electricity, eliminating the risk of fire and explosion.[/show_more]
