TEMPO-240 is a 65% polyester / 35% cotton twill 2/1 designed as the base fabric for budget workwear. It is made of open-end yarn, which keeps the price low while providing the strength and shape retention expected from a 65/35 blend; the surface is slightly more textured and the hand less smooth than ring-spun fabrics such as PROTEC-195.
