New fabrics (2021/2022)
XM Textiles has introduced a range of new fabrics for workwear, the beauty industry, and uniforms in the years 2021-2022. These fabrics are set to revolutionize the industry with their innovative features and superior quality.
One of the standout fabrics is the Arctic Fleece-330. Made from 100% polyester, this knitted fabric is incredibly durable and offers excellent insulation, making it ideal for cold weather workwear. It weighs 330gsm, providing warmth and comfort for those working in harsh conditions.
For flame retardant properties, XM Textiles has developed the Corfu-330 fabric. With 99% cotton and 1% AS, this twill fabric meets the highest safety standards. It weighs 330gsm, providing both durability and protection.
The Cosmo-200 fabric is a versatile option, suitable for various industries. With a composition of 67% polyester, 27% viscose, and 6% spandex, it offers stretchability and comfort. Weighing 200gsm, it is lightweight yet durable, making it perfect for workwear.
The DewsPO-240T fabric is a polyester-based solution, weighing just 80gsm. Despite its light weight, it is strong and tear-resistant, making it suitable for workwear applications. The Oxford-330 PVC and Oxford-400 PVC fabrics, made from 100% polyester, offer durability and water resistance. With weights of 330gsm and 400gsm respectively, they provide high-quality protection.
Stretch fabrics are gaining popularity in the workwear industry, and XM Textiles has developed several options. The Pixie-155 fabric, made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, offers a 4-way stretch and is lightweight at 155gsm. The Poliflex-220 fabric provides a similar stretchability with its composition of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, weighing 220gsm. The Prima-160 (Stretch) fabric offers a blend of 53% cotton, 44% polyester, and 3% spandex, providing both stretch and breathability.
Lastly, XM Textiles has introduced the Rainblock-140 fabric, which combines functionality and comfort. Made from 100% polyester, it has a twill weave and features 4-way mechanical stretch. With TPU coating and water resistance, it offers protection against the elements.
All of these fabrics have undergone rigorous testing and certification processes to ensure their quality and durability. XM Textiles continues to push the boundaries of fabric technology, providing innovative solutions for various industries.
