FLEX-185 (Stretch) is a cotton-rich twill 2/1 — 55% cotton, 37% polyester, 8% PBT — with mechanical stretch. PBT is a texturised polyester with stretch properties: unlike elastane, it is chlorine-resistant and keeps its stretch after multiple washes, which makes FLEX-185 suitable for garments that go through industrial laundry. The cotton majority gives breathability and a natural hand; polyester adds strength and shape retention. Ideal for business and hospitality wear, trousers, medical scrubs, tunics and uniforms that need freedom of movement without the care limitations of spandex.
