The new lime-yellow reflective tape XM-7104 designed and manufactured by XM SilverLine specially for safety at work. It increases the visibility of wearer in difficult weather conditions and ensure maximum protection for people working at the risk of flame or open fire.
In February, 2017 this reflective tape was tested in the laboratory Aitex in Spain and received a certificate of compliance with EN 20471 standards. All passed tests confirm the high quality of reflective tape XM-7104.
During the testing there have been successfully passed follow tests:
Colour performance requirements –
- of new material – PASS
- after xenon exposure – PASS
- after 50 washing cycles in accordance with ISO 6330:2012 at 60°C method SN drying Table method F – PASS
Photometric performance requirements for retroreflective material –
- as new – PASS
- after 5000 Abrasion cycles in accordance with ISO Section 8.2.2 12947-2:1998 – PASS
- after 7500 Flexion cycles in accordance with ISO Section 6.2.2 7854:1995 – PASS
- after Folding at cold temperatures at -20°C in accordance with ISO 4675:1990 – PASS
- after Climatic ageing in accordance with ISO 20471:2013 section 7.4.4 – PASS
- after Rainfall in accordance with ISO 20471:2013 Annex C – PASS
- after 50 washing cycles in accordance with ISO 6330:2012 at 60°C method 6N d ins method F – PASS
It is important that the reflective tape keep sits reflective performance aven after washing 50 times at a temperature of 60°C.
The test results are confirmed the high quality and durability of the reflective tape XM-7104, which you can use in all kinds of fire-resistant high-visibility clothing (firefighters, welders, etc.).
