The 3/1 twill weave produces a smooth face with a subtle diagonal structure, giving finished garments a neat, professional look that prints and embroiders cleanly — an important property for branded uniforms, event apparel, and corporate giveaways. Despite its light 180 gsm weight, the tight twill construction keeps the fabric firm and resistant to abrasion and everyday wear.
Clothes made from PROMO-180 are easy to maintain: quick-drying, low-shrinkage, and colorfast after repeated washing at 60 °C. The product complies with the Oeko-tex® Standard 100.

The fabric carries an anti-crease finish and has been independently tested at 1500N (warp) / 870N (weft) tensile strength, 83,000 Martindale rubs of abrasion resistance, and under 1% shrinkage after industrial washing at 75°C.
Topper-210 sits as a lighter-weight alternative to Topper-245 in XM’s range, suited to uniform rental programmes, corporate wear, hospitality and healthcare uniforms.
