Egeria-245 a specialized fabric designed for protective clothing. Used in clothes for the energy, fuel and electronics industries, for ESD garment, also for clothes with increased visibility and for other professions where it is necessary to wear protective clothing against accidental electric discharge. Available in a wide range of colors, also in fluorescent yellow.
Clothes made of fabric are characterized by high strength and durability in use. The soft weave additionally affects the wearing comfort. Antistatic properties obtained thanks to the construction with the use of antistatic fibers spaced 5mm. A special production process ensures colour fastness and dimensional stability after washing at 60˚C. Protective properties tested after 25 and 50 washes. The fabric has a certificate of compliance with the European standard for workwear: EN 13688 and with the standards for protective clothing: EN 1149: Protective clothing – Electrostatic properties, and also EN 20471: Clothing with increased visibility. Антистатические ткани разработаны для устранения эффекта электростатического разряда (ESD)при работе с электроникой или в чистых помещениях и лабораториях. Электростатический разряд (ESD) возникает, когда вы проходите по ковру, снимаете или надеваете шерстяные вещи и т.д. Этот заряд разряжается при прикосновении в металлическим предметам и при этом можно заметить небольшую искру. Эта маленькая искра может стать причиной больших проблем электронной техники.
Для предотвращения возникновения икср электростатического разряда (ESD) антистатические волокна, встроенные в поверхность антистатических тканей, безопасно разряжают статическое электричество в воздухе.
При изготовлении тканей Cleanstatic мы используем углеродные антистатические волокна производства Belltron (Япония). Эти волокна переплетены с полиэфирной или полихлопковой пряжей и вшиты в ткань.

- Мы выпускаем антистатическую ткань плотностью 110 г/м2 из Полиэстера и 2 антистатические смесовые ткани плотностью 180 г/м2 и 240 г/м2.
- CleanStatic-110 Poly, CleanStatic-180 TC и CleanStatic-240 TC могут использоваться для производства антистатической одежды, используемой в чистых комнатах для сборки электроники или для окраски автомобилей.
- Ткань из Полиэстера CleanStatic имеет сопротивление истиранию > 10 000 циклов.
- Смесовые ткани Cleanstatic (Полиэстер с хлопком) более долговечны и имеют износостойкость > 20 000 циклов. Эти ткани обладают хорошей устойчивостью цвета (4-5) усадкой ( менее 3% после 5 стирок при 600C).
Все антистатические ткани XM Textiles протестированы и сертифицированы согласно стандарту EN 61340‐5‐1 (Защита электронных устройств от электростатических явлений) в международной лаборатории BTTG (Великобритания).
