March 2018, BTTG lab (UK) has tested our antistatic fabric CleanStatic-110 to BS EN 61340-5-1:2016
(Protection of electronic devices from electrostatic phenomena – General requirements).
Clean Static-110 results for samples and after 5 washing cycles at 60ºC, according to the standard ISO 6330:2012, method 6N, F drying (tumble dry)

BS EN 61340-5-1:2016 is a part of IEC 61340 applies to activities that: manufacture, process, assemble, install, package, label, service, test, inspect, transport or otherwise handle electrical or electronic parts, assemblies and equipment with withstand voltages greater than or equal to 100V HBM, 200V CDM and 35V for isolated conductors.
ESDS (Electrostatic Discharge) with lower withstand voltages may require additional control elements or adjusted limits. Processes designed to handle items that have lower ESD withstand voltage(s) can still claim compliance to this standard.
This standard does not apply to electrically initiated explosive devices, flammable liquids, gases and powders.
Clean Static-110 is an antistatic fabric with plain weave and includes Belltron antistatic yarn gridlocked in the surface of fabric, which makes it safe for use in Electronic components manufacturing and similar industries. To prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sparks, antistatic fibers safely discharge static electricity eliminating the risk of destroying of electronic microschemes. CleanStatic-110 is designed for antistatic clothing for Clean Rooms.
The requirements specified in Table 3 of BS EN 61340-5-1:2016 for garments is that the point to point resistance shall be < 1x 1011 Ohm. The results indicate that the tested fabric meets the requirements of the standard.
